You are able to permanently delete events that were created by other users at your school. This has the potential to impact both your professional and personal success, so check an event carefully before deleting.  


 As with Posts, there are two ways to delete events.

Method 1 - Delete Directly

To delete an event that's published on your site, click on the event description to open the event details window:

In the event details window, click on the gear icon and select Delete Event:

Remember - there is no recycle bin or other way to recover a deleted event. Don't delete unless you're sure!

Method 2 - SiteGovern

If you have created an event but not yet published it, this is the only way to edit it.

In SiteGovern, go to Recent Contents and choose the content type (shown on the right) from the dropdown.Then, in your list of recent events, delete the one that is destined to be un-evented:
