The two modular classrooms we have been expecting will be moved into place the week of May 19, 2025. During this time, you can expect the following:  

• The crane will arrive on-site the morning of May 23, and the two modulars will be delivered later that day and placed on the foundations.  
• They will be on the northeast side of the school, which is where most of the construction work will be taking place.  
• Once the modulars are fully installed, they will be attached to the school. 
• Work will continue throughout May and into the summer to attach the units to the school, complete any landscaping and prepare the modulars for students. The new classrooms are expected to be ready for the 2025-26 school year.  

A portion of Panatella Boulevard N.W. will be closed off to parking on May 23 while the crews deliver the modular units and install them in place. We ask parents/guardians to exercise extra caution during school drop-off and pick-up times.     

Student and staff safety remains our top priority. The construction area will be securely fenced, and all work during school hours will be carefully managed to minimize disruptions.  

We understand these temporary adjustments may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thank you for your support as we enhance the school community.
